A gift exchange organizer that respects the reveal
MerryShuffle keeps the organizer’s job small: names in, guardrails set, one shuffle, private links out. The draw runs entirely in your browser.
What the organizer does
- Add names — the whole group, no email addresses, no accounts.
- Set exclusions — couples, housemates, anyone who shouldn’t draw each other. Both directions are enforced.
- Shuffle once — the tool commits to a single draw and publishes its SHA-256 receipt.
- Share links — each person’s link shows only their own pairing, plus the proof it was part of the committed draw.
Why the receipt matters
A quiet doubt in every gift exchange is whether the organizer reshuffled the hat. The receipt removes the question: the draw is hashed at the moment of the shuffle, and every link checks against that hash on the verification page.
