Terms, in plain language

MerryShuffle is a free browser tool for drawing gift-exchange names. By using it you accept the following.

• As-is. The tool is provided without warranty of any kind. Draw results are random; verify important details independently.
• Your exchange is yours. We store nothing and therefore take no responsibility for lost links — see retention.
• Links are personal. Treat a participant link like a note with someone’s name on it: obfuscated, not secret.
• No professional advice. Nothing here is legal, financial, or gift-guidance advice.
• Acceptable use. Don’t use the tool to harass, dox, or run anything that isn’t a gift exchange.
• Measurement. Aggregate analytics run on the site; see privacy.

Questions about these terms can go through the site owner’s published contact channels.
